Unprofessional
Unprofessional I called first thing in the morning because of a broken tooth and I will give them the fact that they got me in the same day. My issue is, the dentist came and looked at it and started talking about different solutions, said he would be right back and left me waiting for about half an hour in the room. Apparently expected me to wait all day as I was leaving, an assistant started to mock me.
