I ordered a $15 delivery for an expensive amount of wine 2 days ago. It did not arrive and the online tracking showed that it was packed. We stayed at home for the 2 hour period. There was no email or SMS to advise that it was not arriving I tried to ring today but it is not possible to speak with a person. My partner tried earlier and used the bot and was told it was due to COVID that it couldn't be delivered. We are in WA! When I communicated with the bot I was told that the Sherpa should have sent me an SMS. That did not happen. This is the worst service I have ever experienced
