Absolute Inkompetenz

Absolute Inkompetenz. Man schickt ihnen das Modem zurück und 20 Tage später kommen sie mit einem Inkasso Auftrag für eben jenes. Satte 283 Euro für ein Modem welches schon einen Monat zuvor zurück gegeben wurde.
