I have contacted this company countless…

I have contacted this company countless times. They didn't run the charge for my flight and cancelled my flight due to nonpayment which caused me to settle on a different day I did not want. They run up charges that are not refundable. They have not provided an explanation a charge I did not ask for and want to refund only a portion of it without a reason. They appear to hide from you saying they will call back and do not. I talked to the same Wizfair people as other reviewers. My experience was very similar to the many complaints of the December 18, 2024 reviewer which tells me this is the way they do business.
