Recent Scenic trip to Western Canada with Rocky Mountaineer and Knight Inlet.
We have travelled with Scenic a number of times and have been happy with all aspects of their service. However, our recent trip to the Canadian rockies & Rocky Mountaineer together with Knight Inlet extension has not been satisfactory. Scenic should have reserved our stay at the Knight Inlet to view bears a long time ago (18 months) but we feel they failed to do so and as a result we missed out on a once in a life time experience - which was very disappointing!
