Rude staff
Rude staff - especially the 50 year old Spanish man at the pick up point in the car park. He was disrespectful and incredibly inconsiderate. Shouted at my family and two pensioners waiting. No walk around the car to check and agree on existing damage. I had to force them to check with me. Quite substantial damage missing from existing report. Car should not have been rented in that condition. Excessive excess charge and petrol charge taken during pick up. Trying to sell insurance despite explaining a third party insurance had already been purchased. Avoid at all costs!!!
