The most impressive thing about ThriftBooks is the speedy service, along with the availability of some fairly obscure titles. The shipping and delivery is right up there with Amazon! And I cannot speak to their in-person customer service, because I've NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS that would require a call to them!! ThriftBooks is TOP SHELF!!
