No Call Backs
Phoned Swindon branch twice over a couple of days to ask for sales information not listed by them on Rightmove. Promised call backs on both occasions that never occurred. My last enquiry being this morning. Phoned the branch at 4:45pm to complain about it and was passed to Lucy, the assistant manager who adopted an irritating and superior chirpy passive aggressive stance, whining on that they were understaffed - and that busy that she hadn’t even managed to have any lunch but with lame assurances that she was going to call me ‘eventually’. This is one Agency that I will not be engaging to handle my sale, especially given that they don’t even seem capable of responding to simple buyer queries.
