Fantastic Service
After 6 months of unsuccessfully dealing with the utilities company directly, I reported the issue to the Energy Ombudsman on a Sunday. Lynne from the Energy Ombudsman called on the Monday and from then on it was all plain sailing. It would be nice if other Ombudsmen would be acting as quickly, impartially and efficiently as the Energy Ombudsman. Thank you for all your help in finally resolving this long-standing issue!
