Fixed rate account

I have an existing account and only wished to transfer my easy access account to a fixed rate account. The facility to do this immediately was not available so I had to apply for the new account. This seems long winded. Perhaps systems need to be reviewed to help existing customers. However I was very pleased with the help and care provided by Andy to achieve this.
