I’m honestly devastated that I can’t give this company a glowing review because we have always had a great experience with our products. My issue is with the horrendous customer service and how poorly they treat their customers. After posting to their Facebook page tonight about their shady Black Friday deal (that’s saying it nicely as of now) they deleted my comment and blocked me. Their products were marked up by $10 per item to amount for their “deal” thanking their customers. My order I should have placed on Tuesday was $176 for 30 ornaments. I waited to Black Friday to see if there was a better deal since their shipping increased by $16 since last year and tonight I realized my order went from $176 to $287 but the coupon deal was suppose to be better so I went to check their site and noticed how different their prices were compared to Tuesday. I also screenshot images directly from their site and showed nowhere does any of that pricing show up when ordering. It’s like $5 more than advertised. So instead of commenting to ask Me to message them privately they just deleted my commented and blocked me. How they handled this whole situation was so unprofessional. They don’t care about people. They care to rip off people. We have spent thousands with them and now they won’t get another dime. There’s other companies out there. They are shady and truly the most unprofessional and couldn’t even handle someone calling them out. They shouldn’t even be in business. I have screenshots of everything so I don’t even mind sharing them, but truly how rude!!! I love their products but it’s a big nope for me from here on out.
