Kira Talent Interview Prep
I had an invaluable practice session with Dr. Lisa Hur to prepare for my Kira Talent interview. She was methodical and gave structured feedback, always asking for my reflection on my performance first, then explaining the rationale and helping me understand exactly what the interviewer was looking for in the question being asked and how I could highlight what's important. Her feedback was thorough, constructive, and delivered in a way that felt comfortable, where it felt like I could laugh about my mistakes and know exactly how to fix them for next time. It was truly a masterclass not only in how to interview, but also how to coach and how to build rapport. Overall, it was an incredibly helpful session and I would highly recommend BeMo's interview preparation sessions.
