Could be improved but overall not bad
Departed on time, both outbound and return, and had a very straightforward experience which I can’t complain about. However, a few things could be improved: -Some cabin crew seem very moody and uninterested. Not even taking the safety rules seriously (seatbelt light on for entire flight but everyone still walking around). -online check in was a pain as I booked via TUI. I ended up contacting SunExpress for the PNR as the TUI booking ref wasn’t recognised. Otherwise, despite all the negative reviews we didn’t experience anything terrible. It’s a no frills budget airline which did what it said on the tin
