Terrible to deal with
Terrible to deal with. Spent half an hour on hold, only to be given an insult of an offer when I finally talked with someone. I spent a few days mulling over their offer & when I tried to call them back, I just couldn't get a hold of anyone. They acted like a spurned spouse & wouldn't call me back. This company is a joke. I'm giving my old car to a charity instead.
