Absolutely terrible 'customer support'

Absolutely terrible 'customer support' from this company who are only interested in taking your money. I was signed up to do the very expensive level 4 full immersion diploma but was diagnosed with a long term medical condition some months later that will mean I am unable to do the course. I contacted future fit and each time the response time was appalling, my first email was ignored entirely and I had to chase. When I submitted a note from my doctor stating I had a long term condition that would mean i could not do the course it took future fit 2 and a half weeks to reply that the document was in the wrong format, which I can easily sort but this should not have taken them 2 weeks to notice, and that the note does not confirm my condition. I am shocked that the staff there think they have any right to ask specifics of my medical information which my doctor would not write in a note such as this even if i asked her to. Totally inappropriate and utterly disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid.
