Faulty item and no response from customer service
I purchased the Beida solid teak armchair and it looked really lovely when arrived. However, after sitting on it for 5 minutes - it cracked. It’s probably a manufacture fault as the chair looked sturdy overall and it cracked just around the nail that connects the seat and back. I reached out to Kave customer support and they quickly replied that they will collect it and issue a refund. It’s been three weeks since and no one contacted me. I sent them multiple reminders to ask for a timeline and they just stopped responding. I have a broken chair in my living room and no idea if and when it will be collected. Very disappointing.
