Bad experience with eSim
I pott my number from Verizon after purchasing an eSim plan. After they help me with moving the number over, the eSim activation failed and its taking 10days+ and I am still not able to get someone who can help me move service to new physical Sim. They keep creating tickets and giving me ticket number asking me to call back after 24hrs. The people on the phone needs technical training or at least cut the ETA down.
