terrible customer service
terrible customer service . I ordered a hard drive (using the correct home address to recieve the parcel). Parcel never came so I tracked in and found that DPD were havin issues delievering it as the adress wasnt correct. I checked the info they had, checked the info interdiscount had.. all was correct. DPD said to email interdiscount for clarification. Interdiscount replied ' thank you your product return has been registered and the amount refunded to your card. ...WTF?! I didnt asked for a refund or return?!?!? So I continued to ask for clarification and they just washed their hands and said 'not our fault, we cant possibly know what the problem was, once we send the package its not our responsability and all I have to do it reorder it. Re order it?! So i asked how the hell are they gonna confirm that the item will even arrive as they were clearly unable to deliver to a correct address. there reply once again : just redorder it and if it doesnt work out know that its not our fault and we cant do anything. Shameless customer service Update: (I still have not received this message that they are talking about.
