I ordered a 2 piece for my 16 year old…
I ordered a 2 piece for my 16 year old granddaughter, she’s tall and slim but using the sizing guide I ordered a size M! On delivery which was a long winded wait! It arrived packaged, the shorts fitted quite well but the bikini top was far too loose and gapped across the back. I reordered the smaller size, again long winded delivery but arrived yesterday, fitted perfectly so followed the returns process for the larger one to be returned! I’ve been communicating via email with 2 options! I chose to email back explaining I did not wish to keep the original order as it does not fit, they replied with further options! Again I replied expressing I wished to have a full refund! I’ve now been told to return the item I would pay the shipping so I’m stuck with an item I don’t want, and only being refunded less the shipping! Which I paid for originally! Stay away from this company! I wish I’d read trust pilot reviews prior to ordering! They won’t be getting anymore orders from me!
