EXCELLENT SERVICE from Danny

I spoke with Danny and bombarded him with numerous, numerous questions. He answered each and every one with expertise, patience and knowledge that demonstrated he is obviously a subject matter expert!!. He went above and beyond and explained each detail and steps involved, when and how the motorcycle would be tied to the skillet/pallets, tracking the bike, pick up and delivery, and so much more. He is obviously and rightfully proud of the company and gave me useful information to the beginnings of Motorcycle Shippers and the owner, Clint’s, passion to helping motorcyclists which led to starting Motorcycle Shippers. Danny’s obvious pride was influential in my decision to go with Motorcycle Shippers over the other shipping company. The employees of a company are a reflection of the Corporate Culture of the company which begins at the top. I am hearing impaired and Danny was so patient, compassionate, and understanding of that. I know how frustrating it can be when something has to be repeated to ensure the other person (me) understood what was said. Not once did I sense any frustration, instead he would confirm that I had understood and would ask me if I had other questions on that topic. Danny should be cloned for all companies that serve people with hearing problems. It’s obvious that dedication to customer service and fulfilling each customer’s needs are deeply ingrained in the Corporate Culture of Motorcycle Shippers.
