Good installers with excellent communication

I selected NGRE Ltd from three other suppliers in the Oxfordshire area. Overall communication was good for the quotation and up to the installation. The panels and electrical connection was all completed in a day, the system was up and running when completed. A few days delay to finish off the work the following week - but no major issues. It was good to have a detailed explanation of the workings from both the Sales manager and the company Owner. I am happy to recommend NGRE on the basis of the installation.

HG takeover of Buildbase in Cowley

I have had an account with Huws Gray for about10 years and spent quite lot of money on building materials with them in several locations. Huws Gray took over Ridgeons in the East of England in 2019 and made good job of taking on the customers. In 2022 Huws Gray took over Buildbase in Cowley Oxford. This has been successful and the store has been upgraded. Service and price is much better, however I sometimes feel like I'm being treated like 'Bob the Builder' rather than a serious long term customer.
