Horrible

Write a review Seine Experience Normandy with Paris 2026 Bad May 6th, 2025 So. I never give horrible reviews however this one is necessary. My family has 16 people who do yearly tours together. This year we had a trip planned for a river cruise to Paris /normandy. My daughter and her family 4 of them paid for their trip. One month before the cruise her son started feeling ill. Repeatedly told it was a virus! Three days before setting off on the trip he became very ill He was diagnosed with leukemia! He is now in the Boston children’s hospital receiving treatment. They were unable to receive a refund from travelers insurance due to him being treated before the travel date. Aroma was so horrible and lacking compassion. Refusing any type of compensation for them. Perhaps travel credits or 50% refund. Something. There were 10 people in our group who went on the trip but we his grandparents and family could not. I did not card that we lost our money. This is a young family who have a tremendous life circumstance facing them. Not one word of compassion from AROSA. Only. We adhere to our policy. The airlines and hotels all refunded our money without hesitation. AROSA was disgustingly this company is horrible. Do not book with them The rest of the family stated the food was mediocre and although excursions were supposed to have English speaking guides they did not. All in German. I will post this daily so people know the horrible lack of empathy they have for their customers and the poor service. Also the family members who went on the trip said all rooms were booked. So the rooms we were supposed to have they were able to rebook so they made money on our horrible circumstance
