Still waiting for our order nearly 2…
Still waiting for our order nearly 2 weeks later. Delivery booked & then rescheduled a few days before, then on the morning of the new date it was cancelled just 30 mins prior to delivery. Partner has now wasted 2 days leave to be in for the deliveries. Have been trying to re book delivery date for the last week & just being told daily they are still waiting for one item to return to the depot so they can re dispatch. Same email every day & item still not back at depot after nearly a week, said it’s currently in a vehicle on its way back (said this since last week) Explained have newborn twins and currently without a bed or sofa to feed them on as scheduled delivery with house move, but again, same generic email about it being escalated but nothing is actually being done. Not normally one to leave reviews but really disappointed so far.
