Terrible service. Selling collision damage waiver that doesn't cover damage in a collision. Avoid.
Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend at all. Unfortunately was involved in a car incident while on holiday and the rental car was damaged. Apparently their Collision Damage Waiver they sold me doesn't cover the damage suffered in the collision?! Now demanding in excess of €9000 from me and threatening legal action. Not a care in the world about whether anyone was injured or hurt, and seemingly not bothered in demanding such a significant sum of money either. Disgusting. Can not recommend at all, would avoid using them at all costs.
