I was recommended Antonia Birchall by a friend. She was kind, friendly, approachable and knowledgable. She seemed to genuinely care for my situation and wanted the best outcome. She provided me with lots of help, including directions and links to external resources that should prove to be invaluable for me moving forward. She was extremely professional but with a very personal touch that helped with what can be a very stressful situation and time. i only had the pleasure of speaking to her for an hour, but I would highly recommend her and commend her for the time and effort she put in to helping me.
