A Real Chance to Earn, But It's a Grind
I started streaming on Bigo to share my DJ sets and hopefully make a little side income. The potential is definitely there. The "beans" system is straightforward, and seeing virtual gifts come in is incredibly motivating. I've been able to cash out a few times, which is awesome! The 4-star rating is because you really have to understand that it's a grind. You can't just go live and expect money to roll in. You have to be consistent, engage with your audience constantly, participate in PKs to grow, and build a real community. The platform takes a cut of earnings, so you need a lot of support. It's a real job, not easy money. But for those willing to put in the work, Bigo provides a legitimate platform to do it.
