Transfer process deficient
I rang before I transferred to Origin and was told as part of the process you can nominate a start date. Not true. They just do it when they want to. I sent an inquiry to the Hello Origin email about this. It has not been answered. I have received an email advising the transfer is complete - a week ahead of my preferred date for transfer. Tell you incorrect information and don't respond - not a good start.
