Lack of communication and follow through

I scheduled everything online liking the ease of being able to get it set up at my convenience. However, there is such a lack of communication. Of the 6 deliveries only one was made correctly and on-time. The others were picked up late, delivered late and I had to spend an incredible amount of time on the phone having to try to fix things. The last four deliveries were all picked up days late and only because I called in to cancel the order because I made other arrangements. Magically they were all picked up immediately after that so that I couldn't change my mind. If we use it again we won't use the carrier that was such a problem. Additionally, I don't like the lack of communication. There was absolutely no tracking even once they pick it up. Even though I required a delivery time be arranged once the carrier sets that up. I'm still not updated on the website so I had to follow up with every location to make sure that they were even contacted to establish a delivery time.
