Very late partial refunds despite policy
Service is absolutely terrible! You have to pay a confirmation fee up front. Refunding that takes months and multiple calls. I did get most of my money back at some point but it took a long time. This company is a headache during rental, pick up, reservation and everything else really. They have cheap prices but it is not worth it at all. Avoid at all costs!
