Horrendous!!!Was with my daughter when she took her…
Was with my daughter when she took her car to be washed and cleaned inside. We told the man that we needed to be leaving by a certain time. But he assured us that the car would be ready. Unfortunately when we returned to get the car. The windscreen had not been touched wheels not done lots of dirty marks remaining. He asked for £40 but we questioned the clean. We offered £20 and he said no give me £30. The man refused to give the keys back to the car until the money was paid. They were very intimidating. We paid the money to be able to leave. Had I have not had a meeting to get to then I would have called police. They did not do the job. As we drove away the lady cleaner blew a kiss in a very patronising manner. We will certainly NEVER visit them again. Advise to anyone avoid. Prices are also extremely overpriced in comparison with other hand wash places.
