The last section on the NAR Settlement…
The last section on the NAR Settlement was off point eg questioning what month - not even year- was the settlement - irrelevant for all purposes. Stick to what is relevant to the practitioners - they don't care what litigation cases preceded the settlement - just let them know how the settlement affects their practice.
