Not the first time I have posted
Not the first time I have posted, but as I am still waiting for my NHS hip and knee replacement, I continue to rely upon, and be grateful for, Paulo Alencar's joint pain management classes. I am convinced it is this programme and his support that keeps me mobile. He cares and knows all of us individually and tailors the programme to our individual needs as best he can. Sometimes I am prone to overdo, and he cautions me but then pushes me when he knows I can do something. His expertise as a physiotherapist is invaluable. A real gem! When I finally have the op(s) I am confident he will help me heal and progress properly,
