Poor P2P Support and Delayed Dispute Resolution
I had a poor experience with the P2P service. Appeals for unreleased payments take an excessively long time, often remaining pending for weeks without updates. Support is uncoordinated, live chat redirects to the P2P team, but responses are delayed and repetitive, requesting the same information multiple times. Overall, the dispute resolution process needs significant improvement.
