Yes i have been into crypto since about 2014 and I first got a Nano ledger x it I did not have much BTC in the wallet. Then when I left it for a few months and I when to check it needed updating and that is when all the Crypto vanished from it so I got another one and the same thing happened again. and every time they need updating it wipes it off the so called safe place. And Ledger dont want to know and they dont really other much support for the older devices they want you to keep buying the new ones I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH A LARGER AMOUNT OF CRYPTO. they are not interested and as you can see they don't even answer
