Cancelled our flight and wouldn't refund the money for the trip for over one year. They went bankrupt without notifying me by any means that I should resubmit my refund claim and basically did this cheap move to avoid paying the money they owed to all of the people they scammed. Stay away from them...I will walk to the destination before thinking to fly again with these scumbags. I will continue taking this case further on my own and will not settle for anything except the full refund, no vouchers, no nothing.
