Friendly staff, problem solved
Many company has rejected fixing underground floor heat, Gair just accepted my job and got the problem rectified. The staff was friendly, after fixing the issue, carefully checked every sensor to make sure it works before he leave. He even helped to call to Honeywell service centre to help me rectify the sensor sync issue and resolved the warning in the central monitor. The only bad thing is it takes more than a month in advance for me to book the service. Such good service should be scaled much larger :) More than happy to recommend to everyone!
