Still Waiting

The first of three installation dates - the workers were here 11 hours cussing their heads off and using foul language all day, I told them in the very beginning I work from home and take client calls. I was lucky my clients did not hear their language, or I could have been fired. They did not finish instillation, they left the doors, grab bars and shelves. They also did not seal the bottom of the pan and wood was sticking through. Leo stated I would need to call and get another date scheduled for the remaining installation if I wanted it completed. Seriously? IF I wanted it completed? I called the next morning and was told the next available date was 2 weeks away. I took it since it was the "only available date." The day before second installation, I called West Shore to confirm my appointment - event though they said they would call me! I reiterated the work that needed to be done. They mentioned everything was planned. Day 2 went much better, only 1 gentleman showed and worked for 4 hours however - the job is still not complete! It was not mentioned that the pan would need to be sealed. I have to wait ANOTHER 2 WEEKS for this to be completed. "1 day install" turned into a month of not using the new shower West Shore charged me $14,000 to complete. Definitely not worth it
