24 hours prints ordered: still nothing 12 days later
I ordered the fastest (next day) processing and delivery time for some A3 event posters. The predicted delivery date was 10 days ago- still no prints! I can see from the tracking that my order had not even started being sent until 39 hours after my order and was confirmed (all during normal working week days). No notifications on tracking, no information when they would deliver and no options for arranging any other delivery times or days. So when they did try and deliver, I wasn't told and could not arrange to be in to receive the package. They have not tried to deliver again despite many many phone calls to the courier and attempts to contact print24.
