Good luck finding them at Sydney…
Good luck finding them at Sydney airport. Nobody at the terminal desk and poor signage so 45 mins of wandering around before we found them. Apparently they have been bought out - put up a sign then!! Even worse, they had moved for the drop-off three days later (they never thought to mention that). Another 45 mins wasted, this time driving out the petrol we had filled the car with. Heaven forbid that they would answer their phones when you need help - apparently too busy! Shocking service and communication! I haven't received the final bill but I have a feeling that I will be in for another nasty shock. Booked through Jetstar and will never use them again!!
