Worst company to get in touch with support and BAD Delivery.
Ordered through online during Black Friday, and turns out it is biggest mistake that I ever made on any online purchases. Customer service is just non-existence as only method that you can contact is "Live Chat", sometimes you have a 80+queues to be lucky ones to chat with someone but make sure that you are not "disconnected" while waiting for 80 people. The delivery driver just DOES NOT CARE to fulfil the delivery as I was available at home twice and delivery was unsuccessful without any attempt to contact me or ring the doorbell. Only option you get after fail to deliver is to "Reschedule" and you can only reschedule a day after; and it has been the worst nightmare that I had to deal with. With such a large size of business, lack of customer support. I highly recommend to stay away from delivery if you are considering between pick up and delivery.
