Like the other people in the reviews below, I too thought I was on the airline’s website. I was charged an extortionate admin fee which I discovered only after I had paid. I thought I was paying £123 but somehow ended up paying 160. Watch out, they add insurance automatically and the service fee. I too couldn’t get a refund. Total scam company in my opinion, very sharp practice. The airlines should stop working with this firm to protect their reputations. I received a call from their services and they told me that the high cost was their admin costs and that it was company policy not to give refunds for the admin fees. Buyer beware!
