HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. I've been trying to resolve an issue with a promotion on purchases during the Christmas season for over 1 month now. I've tried their customer service line about 4-5 times, finally getting through in mid January. I was on hold in December for 1 1/2 hours and still did not get through, so I went to the email and website as the recording said and left 3 messages. Once again, no response. I finally got through to a lovely customer service rep in mid January, who assured me she was elevating the issue to her manager and one other rep, It has now been another 6 days with no response or acknowledgement to my issue. After purchasing up to $1,500 in watches, I will NEVER buy direct from this company again. They have no appreciation for their customers who keep them in business and entice them with promotions that don't pan out after purchase. This is worst customer service I've received in many years. Do not purchase directly from Invicta or you will have issues with billing/promotions and not be able to find anyone who can assist the customer.
