Changed my life and critical illness…
Changed my life and critical illness cover to Zurich, I made a typo on my original policy for my husbands hight emailed them for 4 months just to change the hight from 163 to 173. There customer service is very poor. I've just emailed them to change my last name 3 days ago and no reply I will not be renewing next year I would not recommend.
