26 hours before our return flight we got an email with a change in our schedule, this means a completely different flight, and more than 12 hour later in our end destination. No call, no support, no other options.. they advised us to reach out directly to the airline, of course this worked also not and the airline was not able to help because it was booked via a third party. Lot of extra costs.. Really bad!
