Do not deal with Heart Internet

I had two domain names hosted its website with a reseller for this company. The reseller has disappeared without paying for renewal of those names, one of which I've had for 22 years. I have invoices showing I have paid for them up until August 2025. Heart Internet were contacted a number of time regarding this theft and were exceptionally unhelpful, even closing the ticket during the time they were aware I was seriously ill. I contacted them again last week and they again closed my ticket and will not help, telling me they haven't heard from the reseller. No one has. The reseller has disappeared having defrauded customers, and Heart are aware of this. Avoid this company. They are aware of the situation but will do nothing.
