I would give this place a zero if I could. They are refusing to refund my money for a service they did not give . Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company is a scam. I have been waiting for a refund for over two weeks And keep getting them runaround where they’re lying saying they sent it and they did not. Do not use them do not trust them with your money. They do not offer same-day service. Even after waiting a week and getting the runaround from a technician I am now out $380. Horrible business horrible customer service .
