Mixed feelings - Day1 out of 2 was good
Do not take it the wrong way - but I found it a little bit miss leading / time wasting at times. A lot of motivational speaking and hyping you up for what you can achieve until the bomb dropping that the 12-month membership for the courses/education/mentoring is £15,000. Just to make it clear yes, it is 15k - and that is a discounted price. Don’t get me wrong day1 of the 2day course was good and informative, but day 2 very much just a sign on pressured persuasion. Some people asked valuable questions only to be brushed off that details do not matter (and were told that it is all about the bigger picture). Unless you have spare 15k in your bank it will not kick start your property career in my view. Having some experience in property, those details would be the things to persuade me to invest 15k, not the examples of wealth and constant pressure to sign up.
