Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, will never order from this company ever again. I placed an order with this company and everything went fine, until for some reason USPS decided to return the order to the sender. I immediately emailed customer service asking what to do and they said I couldn't do anything until they received the package back. Alright I guess that makes sense. In the meantime I contacted USPS who told me nothing was wrong with my address and there was no reason it shouldn't have been delivered. Flash forward to almost 3 weeks after I originally placed my order I get an email from adagio saying that they received my order and they gave me two options: pay $3.75 to have it reshipped or only get a refund for $7.50 of my $20 order... I opted to reship and sent customer service an email asking them to waive that fee because I didn't do anything wrong. I imputed my address correctly when I placed the order. Customer service told me they would refuse to refund me anything until USPS took accountability for messing up the delivery. What....? How is it my financial responsibility to have to pay for USPS's mistake or theirs since USPS told me they did nothing wrong. And the kicker? They charged me $7.50 for the reshipment. When I asked customer service why they over charged me they denied that they charged me $7.50 and then tried to make me feel bad telling me it was a "mere charge of $3.75" I responded with photos of my address I gave them on my original order, pieces of mail with that same exact address, AND my bank statement showing their overcharge that I did not authorize. HORRIBLE, greedy company. Do not support these people that care more about the $3.50 price of shipping than their customers.
