Excellent

Excellent. What sets fuse energy apart from other energy suppliers is their ability to reduce the standing charges as they produce electricity themselves in 3 sites across the UK. They instantly connected to both my smart meters when I switched to them, and have maintained the connection every minute of every day for the past 6 months (something that 3 other suppliers since installation have failed to do) Their billing is straight forward, I pay them monthly by direct debit for the energy I have used over the past month (none of this jiggery pokery of set amounts which energy suppliers can increase for no reason and having to keep a month credit in their banks) Fuse paid my warm home discount on 1st December, when it was most useful, unlike others who eventually paid out in March. Their app is great, you can change the image to any photo (mine is a ring of daisies from our back lawn last summer) and gives you all the information you need, and easy contact options. For reference I live in the East Midlands and save around £15 a month compared to my previous supplier, who were Octopus.
