I’d give less than 1 star if I could
I’d give less than 1 star if I could. Brightside sent me an invoice two weeks ago for back payment starting the beginning of the month. Without explanation or any clarification they automatically billed my account. I wasn’t able to make rent or get through to any customer service rep. Save yourself the anger!!
